The students at Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) like conducting group activities such as brisk walking about the campus to take in the gorgeous environment that surrounds the institution. This is one of the most popular activities that they enjoy doing together. Those who like to stroll or run about the campus may do so while taking in the beautiful surroundings and serene atmosphere.

Sintok, which is in the state of Kedah, is home to the main campus, which spans an area of 1,061 acres and has a location in that state. Alor Setar is roughly 48 kilometres to the north of the line between Malaysia and Thailand, while Bukit Kayu Hitam is around 10 kilometres to the south of that boundary. Jitra and Changlun are two further cities that may be found in the surrounding area.

The town known as Sintok may be found in an area that is characterised by rolling hills and mountains. This is also the border between Thailand and Cambodia. In the long run, this region will have fewer construction projects, which will help to create a better environment.

The students are welcome to make use of the facilities that have been established at the institution, which were erected on 107 hectares of property that was formerly covered in forest. As a consequence of this, the campus has evolved into a destination that welcomes visitors from all over the globe, including tourists, and allows them to come and go as they want. Guests have access to an archery range, a go-kart track, a golf course, an ostrich farm and the famous deer farm. The Malaysian National Service Program (PLKN) used the facilities on site, which included a training centre and other helpful features.

Students often have a very busy schedule because of their academic responsibilities, which might include a large number of assignments, events, and meetings, among other things. Because of this, students can spend their free time walking or jogging with their classmates so they can enjoy the beautiful scenery all around UUM.

Students may be seen walking out with their buddies early in the morning, despite the fact that Sintok is pouring, in order to just witness birds chirping in the atmosphere of UUM. This behaviour occurs at other times of the day as well, not only at night. Rishikashirini A/P Ngianum, a fifth-semester Bachelor of Communication student, provided evidence. She said, "When I walk around UUM with my pals, I used to feel warm and motivated." She also added, "I'd want to go for a walk with my friends to relieve the stress of academic and duty." I do this as a kind of exercise and to enjoy the gorgeous landscape at UUM. "

In addition to that, both the Sintok and Badak rivers flow right through the middle of the campus, which contributes to the environment being one that is incredibly relaxing and soothing. The campus of UUM is generally regarded as being among the most aesthetically beautiful and technologically sophisticated in all of northern Kedah. This is particularly the case with regard to its buildings.

The majority of us are unable to find time in our hectic schedules to unwind and refresh ourselves since we just do not have the capacity to do so. The majority of individuals prefer to disregard their spare time since there just isn't enough time in the day to do all of the activities they want to.

It's conceivable that we've already arrived at the realisation that our frantic way of life will ultimately cause tiredness in our bodies, but it's also possible that we haven't made that leap yet. When we acknowledge to ourselves that we are in need of a break, we do it with the understanding that this is the case. It's possible that your way of life is to blame for a variety of unfavourable signs and symptoms, including but not limited to physical fatigue, tension, irritability, and rage. Even though a student is just 21 years old, it does not mean they will be able to escape difficulties of this kind.

In addition to raising the risk of developing cardiovascular disease, obesity, and diabetes, adopting a sedentary lifestyle may also lead to emotional suffering for the individual. Participating in physically active leisure activities may enhance both a person's physical and mental health, which is one of the many benefits of doing so.

The motive for experts of recreational activities does not have to be a mystery, nor do they need a detailed game plan to be enjoyable. It is important that we give ourselves permission to be spontaneous and to behave in a way that is in alignment with our own wants, needs, and emotions.

According to this remark, students at UUM use at least some of their free time to walk about the campus in order to shift their state of mind from one of stress to one of peace. This helps individuals to calm themselves on the inside, which prevents them from falling into depression. When students stroll around the UUM campus, they sometimes feel a little breeze brushing against their bodies. This is one of the primary reasons a large number of students have made the decision to pursue their further education at Universiti Utara Malaysia.

As you can see, the guidelines for free movement inside UUM are not very complicated. Students are expected to dress appropriately, although they do not need to wear sports clothing. Students are able to access the deer farm with relative ease from route C. There are sixteen different kinds of Timorese deer that may be seen at the one-acre UUM Deer Park (Cervus Timorensis).

The students have the option of gathering leaves from the trees in the area to feed the deer. Students from the University of Utara Malaysia (UUM) in Alor Setar, Indonesia, have created a deer park on a plot of land of 2 acres as a means of attracting tourists. The park is a walled valley that has been planted with a variety of exotic grasses. There are ten deer that are grazing in the area.

In a statement released by the university, it was said that the Kedah Veterinary Services Department will supply an additional ten deer if the first ten deer manage to adapt to their new environment in Sintok. The deer came from the Ulu Behrang Animal Farm, which is located close to the Slim River in the state of Perak.

After that, the next phase may include the pupils going to the duck pond. The UUM Duck Pond, which is conveniently located near the Department of Development and Maintenance, spans a total area of 2,983 square meters. Bread may also be offered to the duck by the pupils. Behind the School of Government is where you'll find an ostrich farm, and students are welcome to take guided tours there (SOG). Three ostriches are being raised on a pet farm close to the Department of Development and Maintenance.

In addition, students have the opportunity to go fishing right on the UUM campus. Within close proximity to the Department of Development and Maintenance are two ponds where anglers may cast their lines. While the first pond is used for agricultural purposes, the second pond is available to the general public for fishing. Students could create fishing routes for other anglers to use. Students are not permitted to bring their own fishing nets to school under any circumstances.

Hiking is an option for students who are looking for a more physically demanding kind of walk. Students and professors have made Bunga Raya Hill, which is located close to Sintok in Kedah, a popular climbing destination for a very long time (UUM). Given that not all students have gone hiking or trekking in the past, this might be a challenging experience for them. People could use this to their advantage by putting themselves to the test and finding out what skills they have been hiding from themselves.

Finally, the well-being of UUM's students is one of the institution's highest concerns. UUM will make it a top priority to make sure that all of its facilities help to make its students' time in school more enjoyable.
